Do you offer pet-friendly accommodation?

We welcome dogs on park, they must be kept on a lead at all times when outside. We offer one pet friendly caravan at an extra charge.
Is the park accessible for guests with mobility needs?

We do have accessible bathrooms for our guests with mobility issues.
Is the park suitable for quiet/relaxing breaks?

Our parks can get quite busy with families during the summer months. Off peak times can be more relaxing.
How close is the park to the beach?

Our Chestnutt Park is a 2 minute walk from the Blue Flag Cranfield Beach.
Our Sandilands site has direct access to a beach.
Our Annalong site is a 20 minute drive to either Cranfield Beach or Newcastle.
What attractions are nearby?

There are lots of things to do close to all of our parks, please refer to our ‘Things to Do’ page on the website : https://chestnuttholidayparks.com/things-to-do/
What time is check-in and check-out?

For our touring and camping pitches check in is from 2pm and check out 12pm.
For our Hire accommodation check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Late check out may be available for an extra charge.
Is the park open all year round?

We are a seasonal park and open March to October.
Are there activities for children?

We have a playpark on each site and during Summer, various activities are organised for a small fee.
Is there a shop, restaurant or bar on the park?

On Chestnutt Park there is a seasonal shop and Beachcomber Cafe.
Annalong is based in the village so easy access to shops and eateries.
No shop or restaurant on Sandilands.
What facilities are available on site?

On each park we have a children’s playpark, washrooms and a laundry.
Are there any restrictions on dog breeds or numbers?

No current restrictions.
Is there a charge for bringing a dog?

We charge for bringing a dog to our pet friendly caravan but no extra charge for a touring van or tent.
Are dogs allowed on the park?

Yes, we allow dogs on park but they must be kept on a lead when out.
Is there parking next to the accommodation?

Yes, there is parking available next to each of our pitches.

Are your accommodations suitable for families?

Yes, the caravans and cottage are suitable for families.
Is WiFi available, and is it free?

Yes, WiFi is available throughout the park and is free of charge.
Are the caravans heated?

Yes, all of our caravans have central heating.
What is included in the accommodation (linen, towels, kitchen equipment)?

In the caravans we provide bed linen but no towels. In the cottage linen and towels are provided.
What types of accommodation do you offer?

We have 8 static caravans on site to hire and a 2 bedroom Cottage nearby as well as touring caravan and tent pitches.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes, we have offers for Monthly stays and mid week storage during low season.
Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

We charge for showers which are £1 per token.
There may also be charges for any Summer Scheme activities if you wish to take part.
Do you offer payment plans?

We don’t have any payment plans in place.
Can I amend my booking after it’s been confirmed?

Yes, providing we have availability, your booking can be amended.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, we charge an admin fee of £20 or we can move to alternative dates, subject to availability. Within 2 weeks there is no refund, unless it is due to medical or other emergency.
When is the final balance due?

Balances are due 4 weeks before arrival.
How much deposit do I need to secure my booking?

If you are booking a touring pitch then full payment is due at the time of booking. If booking a stay in one of our hire vans the deposit is £100 with the balance due within 4 weeks of arrival.
